Hair loss in children can occur for several reasons, such as malnutrition, nervousness and baldness. Hair loss caused by vitamin and mineral deficiencies is more common in foods. In this case, it is recommended for children under 10 to drink a glass a day, as for adults – 2 glasses of kefir.
Kefir improves the absorption of vitamins and minerals in the intestines, so it revitalizes and thickens hair. Although it starts to show its effect a month after starting to drink, it can be taken for 2-3 months without a break.
Another way to prevent hair loss is a mixture of 200 grams of pollen with 1 kg of honey. Dissolve a teaspoon of this mixture in a cup of raw water and drink twice a day before meals. Drinking syrup for 3 months, in addition to eliminating hair loss, strengthens children’s memory, increases ossification and meets the body’s need for calcium.
If the hair falls out as a result of baldness, then boil a tablespoon of Aquilaria Agallocha powder in a cup of water for 2 minutes and massage the scalp with the infusion. Rub the areas with partial baldness with garlic until it becomes completely hairy, or apply the liquid formed after burning the thin branches of the tamarisk tree.
