The benefits of banana with honey

The banana-honey mixture is a very effective mixture because both of them are an abundant sources of minerals and vitamins. It is eagerly used both by children and adults and is a perfect remedy against anemia. Besides, it is very helpful for hemoglobin deficiency, sexual weakness, infertility out of sexual weakness, fatigue, pre-examination stress and tiredness and weak eyesight.

         This mixture is also a great nutritional supplement for those who are underweight, but also a nutritional supplement for weak and lean children.
