Benefits of performing ablution (wudoo’)

dəstəmazın faydaları

Dear friends, we are witnessing an increase in the number of worshipers in our society day by day, praise be to Allah.

Our people perform ablution before every prayer, and some people may think that it is too much or that it is just as regular as washing hands and face.

But the Almighty Allah will never overload us humans. Every action he urges us to do is definitely beneficial.

Ablution is the washing of the hands, face, arms and legs of a Muslim at least 5 times a day before prayer. When performing ablution, the body is cleansed of negative weight. Cold water touching the skin during ablution causes it to stretch and open, thus massaging the skin and expelling the blood that has accumulated under the skin. Water that touches the earlobe during ablution has a particularly positive effect on a person’s mood. The water taken into nostrils during ablution both cleanses the nostrils of germs and prevents the spread of influenza viruses.

Germs on the skin, especially in areas that come in contact with the air – hands, ears, neck and other areas – multiply every 3-4 hours, and when washed, germs are removed.

During ablution, washing away areas of the body – hands and feet – accelerates the circulation of subcutaneous lymph and blood, prevents their accumulation under the skin, thus ensuring the proper and regular functioning of blood and lymph vessels.

Our bodies are more exposed to electricity when they come in contact with air and when we wear synthetic clothes. This can lead to irritability, impatience and skin sensitivity. Sometimes there is a slight electric shock when touching an iron object; to prevent this, it is necessary to wash your hands and feet 4-5 times a day.

According to scientists, cardiovascular and nervous systems of people who perform ablutions properly function much better than of those who don’t.
