Cancer – does it find us, or do we find it?

I think we are right in saying that cancer is the scourge of today. But what is cancer?

Our bodies are made up entirely of cells, and these cells can multiply in response to commands from our brains, such as wound healing during injuries, the formation of new ones to replace dead cells, and so on. However, cancer cells multiply without being subordinated to our brain as an independent entity, and then these cells combine with each other to form tumor tissue. Later, these tumors grow and begin to compress the surrounding organs and tissues. If these cells enter the bloodstream or lymphatic vessels, they can spread to other tissues, i.e. metastasize.

This is the standard form of cancer. This begs the question: why do these cells not obey or want to obey our brains? So, 10-15,000 cells a day want this independence, but the antioxidants in our body do not allow it, that is, they cling to those cells and destroy both them and themselves. So, in order to prevent cancer from occurring or to cure already existing cancer, our body must have a rich supply of antioxidants.

But how can we provide the antioxidants our bodies need? Antioxidants are found in all fruits and vegetables that grow naturally in the sun. For example, the antioxidant in tomatoes is lycopene, which prevents prostate cancer. Tomatoes grown in the sun in a vegetable garden contain 20 times more lycopene than those grown in the greenhouse, which means that we need to eat 20 kg of greenhouse tomatoes to absorb the antioxidants of 1 kg of normal tomatoes. This ratio is also reflected in all vegetables and fruits.

This means that if we eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, avoid smoking and alcohol, protect ourselves from X-rays that damage cells and cause antioxidant loss, and eliminate fast food from our diet, our chances of getting cancer are much lower. Antioxidants are also formed in the body, mainly in the liver, so protecting this organ is one of the main conditions.

To avoid cancer, everyone should walk at least 3 km a day. Exercise also increases the production of antioxidants. High levels of happiness hormones in the brains of positive people are also a means of preventing cancer. To prevent and treat cancer, honey, royal jelly, Caucasian kefir, unrefined olive oil, broccoli, wheat germ, algarroba, anise, motherwort, pepper, yellow ginger, black cumin, ginger, yarrow, onion, garlic, greens and dried fruits need to be used.

If someone is diagnosed with cancer, it is better to exclude animal products, refined foods and industrial products, carbonated soft drinks (hydrocarbonated mineral water is good) and canned food from the diet. In both the treatment and prevention of cancer, it is necessary to walk fast in the open air for 2 hours a day. Antioxidant production in the liver increases when walking fast.
