Energy drinks – harms and benefits

Enerji içkiləri zəzərlidir

Do energy drinks really provide energy? No, it doesn’t. It just forces the body to use up its reserve energy. The substance named taurine in these drinks is involved in protein synthesis. When you are suddenly agitated, the amount of the substance in the blood decreases and then recovers. Taurine, which we take in high doses from the outside, increases protein synthesis and motor activity. Another ingredient in these drinks is caffeine. Caffeine increases the conduction of nerves when one feels fatigue. Caffeine is also produced in our body as much as needed, but caffeine taken in high doses from the outside over-activates our body. In addition, there are substances that ignite high-dose carbohydrate metabolism. Despite the fact that all this is produced in our body, high doses from the outside reduce the production of these substances in our body, and the body becomes accustomed to receiving these substances from the outside, and thus we are forced to increase the dose. As they say, we are already trapped.

Children who drink energy drinks become very short-tempered, hyperactive and inappropriately crazy. In such children, urination while sleeping at night is more common.

People who are accustomed to drinking these drinks become tired, weak and irritable when they stop using them, and their ability to work becomes very low.
