bronxial astma

Dear friends, in the spring, especially in the first months of spring, pine trees begin to pollinate. Dust that flies in the air and around pine trees during pollination is not actually ordinary dust, but pine tree stamens. These stamens have a very beneficial effect on the human body and increase the body’s resistance to foreign allergens.

When the pine nuts are about the size of an egg, they need to be picked from a tree. When it is harvested, a lot of dust is formed, and when the collected nuts are beaten, the pollen begins to fall off. Collect about 100 grams of this pollen and make the following paste:

  • Pine pollen – 100 grams
  • Aquilaria Agallocha – 50 grams
  • Ginger – 50 grams
  • Honey – 1 kg

It is necessary to take 1 teaspoon of paste 3 times a day before meals. If you are allergic to the paste, you should stop using it.
