Divide one fresh pine cone into 4-5 parts and put it in a liter of apple vinegar. Cones are better if they are walnut-sized. Keep for 20 days, then take the cones out, mix a tablespoon of vinegar with a glass of water and drink it twice a day, in the morning and evening. You can make your own apple vinegar or buy it from ‘Fitoclub’ stores, as those sold in the markets are not natural. If your blood pressure is low, do this: Mix a tablespoon of vinegar with a pine cone inside and a teaspoon of honey in a glass of raw water and drink it 2 hours after meals. You can drink a glass of this solution twice a day.

Infusion of pine cones is prepared as follows: Brew 3 tablespoons of pine cones in 3 cups of water and drink a glass three times a day before meals. This content also has anti-varicose and internal anti-fungal effects. Or you can make vinegar at home from cones. It is more effective.

How to make doshab from pine cones?

Doshab is boiled juice of different types of fruit.

Take 22-25 green young pine cones and crush them with a wooden mallet. Put them in a glass jar, pour boiling water over it and close its lid. This jar should be wrapped so thick that the jar should not be cooled down yet even when you open it after 24 hours. These cones occur mainly in May and June. After 24 hours, strain this water, add 1 kg of granulated sugar per liter and cook like doshab. It is a very tasty and useful type of doshab.
