Grapes are one of the most mentioned fruits in the Qur’an. Grapes are mentioned in verses like Surat al-An’am 99, Surat al-An’am 141, Rad 4, Nahl 11 (honey bee), Nahl 67, Yasin 67, and Abasa 28.

           Grapes contain 22-25% glucose, which is a real source of energy for our tissues. Grapes are the most effective remedy for physical and mental fatigue, and indispensable in the treatment of weakness. Our body uses the amount of energy it needs from grapes, and stores the rest in the liver, and uses this energy throughout the winter. High iron and glucose they contain accelerate forming of blood and eliminate anemia. Grapes are also indispensable in diseases of the liver, kidneys and nervous system.

           Calcium, potassium, iron and other minerals in grapes improve bones in children and adults and prevent osteoporosis, i.e. bone loss. In addition, grapes contain large amounts of vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, C, folic acid etc. Grapes accelerate the work of the kidneys and cleanse the body of unnecessary substances (slag) through the kidneys. Those who eat a lot of grapes in the fall do not get bronchitis in the winter. Grapes also strengthen the immune system, thus protecting our body from winter diseases.

           The potassium in grapes strengthens the heart muscle and all body muscles. Grapes are 50 times more powerful antioxidants than vitamin E and 20 times more powerful than vitamin C.

           Therefore, grapes are the best prevention of cancer. When you eat grapes, eat them with seeds and peel.

           If you have rashes, erosions, increased acidity, constipation in the stomach, esophagus and intestines, eat a cluster of grapes, i.e. about 200-300 grams, an hour before breakfast. You need to eat grapes for at least 15-20 days to get results.
