Constipation is more common in people who lead a sedentary lifestyle, eat more animal foods, and drink less water. Although constipation may seem normal, it is actually dangerous to human health because if the intestines do not work for more than 3 days, poisonous toxins begin to be absorbed into the body. People with constipation are more likely to get hemorrhoid disease since they develop intestinal cracks more quickly and suffer from constipation.

What can we do to avoid constipation?

           To avoid constipation, drink a glass of raw water before and after meals. Make the habit of eating salad before meals. Try not to use cooked vegetables in the salad. Always pour unrefined olive oil into salads. Generally, a tablespoon of olive oil taken before meals is helpful.

           It is useful to drink flax oil before meals.

           Foods high in fiber such as dried figs, dried apricots, dried plums, dried pineapples, raisins, grape juice, sweet juicy apples, apple juice, pineapple juice, cabbage, carrots, lettuce, parsley, olives as well as kefir prevent constipation.

           In the evening, put 12-15 local plums in 3 cups of hot water. Boil for 5 minutes, drink this water on an empty stomach in the morning and during the day and eat plums. Your stomach and intestines will become normal by the evening of that day.

           Ordinary wheat bran is rich in cellulose. You can mix it with salads or ordinary water and drink it.

           Drink 2 cups of kefir a day before meals. Add a teaspoon of ground flax to each cup.

           Senna is an excellent remedy for people with constipation, but this plant should not be taken all the time, and when taken regularly, the intestines become lazy. Along with the tips I mentioned, you can use senna plant once or twice a week.

           Walking in the open air 1-2 hours a day is very useful because when walking, the intestines begin to work better and constipation and flatulence disappear.

           Mix 100 grams of licorice root, althaea root and flax; infuse a teaspoon of the mixture in a glass of water and drink a glass before meals. You can use this composition both during constipation and for gastrointestinal ulcers.

           Sometimes constipation can be caused by bile stasis and impaired pancreatic function. In general, improving bile flow will eliminate both constipation and flatulence. If the bile cannot flow normally, the pancreas is involved in this process because the pancreas does not have its own flow. To increase bile flow, you can infuse a tablespoon of immortelle seeds in a glass of water and drink it before meals. Drinking apple cider vinegar before meals both eliminates flatulence in the intestines and helps eliminate constipation. You can drink apple cider vinegar twice a day 30 minutes before meals by mixing a tablespoon with a glass of water. If your blood pressure is low, you can drink this mixture with a tablespoon of honey. To prevent constipation, mix 3 kg of dried figs with a liter of unrefined olive oil and eat a fig 3 times a day an hour before meals.
