Remedies for skin wounds

Infusions and compresses made from various plants can be used in the treatment of skin wounds by placing them on the injured area.

For example, in watery or purulent skin wounds, a tablespoon of yarrow is infused in a glass of water, filtered, dipped in a cotton ball, the surface of the wound is cleaned and ordinary Iranian henna is sprinkled on it. Repeating the procedure 3 times a day helps the wound heal quickly.

Red onion juice is useful in long-term ulcers. During the treatment, the wound is wiped with onion juice 2-3 times a day, and St.-John’s wort oil is applied on it. To prepare St.-John’s wort oil, add 2 tablespoons of St.-John’s wort to 100 grams of sunflower oil, either keep in the sun for 3 days, or keep in the oven at 60 degrees for 3 hours and filter. St.-John’s wort oil is also an indispensable remedy for the treatment of burns; it reduces the pain of the wound, accelerates its healing, and leaves no scars after healing.

Sometimes the elderly have incurable trophic ulcers, especially in the calf areas. In this case, in addition to the recipes I wrote above, it is necessary to improve blood circulation in the legs. For this purpose, it is necessary to put hijama and leeches in parallel with the treatment.
