Seven tips to strengthen your memory

What can we do to strengthen our memory, and why do we lose our focus? Here are some tips to help you avoid all this: It is best to check the level of hemoglobin in the blood first because anemia might be the reason for it. If you have anemia, slice 10 lemons and a kilo of beetroot as thin as paper, and mix them with a kilo of honey. Store it in a refrigerator for one week. Mix it once daily, then pour it, and take 2 tablespoons of it 3 times a day before meals.

Excessive eating causes a drop in blood flow to the brain. Therefore, do not eat unless you are hungry, and leave the table without becoming full. Fasting twice a week improves brain nutrition.

2 glasses of carrot juice a day unbelievably strengthens the memory.

Hijama done on the head is extremely effective against bad memory and weak attention. It also eliminates headaches, improves eyesight and strengthens memorizing ability.

You can make syrup by mixing a tablespoon of honey with a glass of unboiled water and drink it twice a day.

A great recipe from Hazrat Ali: Divide a gram of saffron into 4 parts. Take a part of it and mix it with half a glass of hot water and wait for 12 hours. Then fill the rest of the glass with milk. As soon as you wake up in the morning, drink the solution and eat the saffron. Eat some food at least half an hour later.
