Shall we go to the salt lake or not?

Perhaps many people wonder today whether it is useful to go to the salt lake.[1] Recently, there have been many articles in the press about the lack of hygienic conditions there. Yes, it can be true about the general conditions, but there can be no germs in the water and mud because the water and mud of the salt lake are bactericidal, that is, they kill germs and bacteria.

I would say that it would be great if each person received 15 procedures every 2 days once a year.

The benefits of the lake

The salt lake mud has many benefits. Thus, the mud applied to the surface of the skin dries out after a while, which causes the skin to wrinkle. In this case, unnecessary substances accumulated under the skin (clotted blood, heavy metal salts, adipose tissue that causes cellulite, etc.) are absorbed through the mud, and as a result of wrinkling, they are reabsorbed. It can be said that our skin is cleansed both from the outside and from the inside, and at the same time the pores of the skin expand, which makes us very comfortable. After 15 procedures, you will be free from eczema, itching, pimples, acne and skin blemishes. It helps treat psoriasis & vitiligo well. It prevents the formation of edema. It is indispensable for those suffering from varicose veins.

People suffering from rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis, Raynaud’s disease should keep their money in their pockets and take mud treatment. The mud of the salt lake destroys all harmful organisms in the skin (demodex, mange, etc.), has a hypotensive effect and normalizes blood pressure, thereby eliminating stress and depression. Liver function improves because the body becomes free of harmful toxins. It is ideal for treating bad smell that comes from the body.[6] It accelerates cartilage metabolism, thus it is indispensable in the treatment of all inflammatory and destructive joint diseases such as osteochondrosis, rheumatoid arthritis, bursitis, intervertebral disc herniation. It tones the muscles, thereby curing a disease called myositis. Mud is a very strong painkiller. It activates bone cells, thereby facilitating the absorption of calcium, prevents osteoporosis (bone loss) and treats soft tissue inflammation. Eye sockets are eliminated when the mud is applied to the socket areas. There is iodine-bromine mud near the salt lake. It is useful for those who have irregular nerves and who suffer from hypothyroidism (goiter).

In conclusion, I have to mention that Allah created us from clay, that is, we are related to the earth. Therefore, the earth will never harm us. You can’t just eat the soil; it’s not acceptable in our religion.
