Should ablution be performed with cold water or with hot water?

We are becoming more and more accustomed to modern life, so both hot and cold water is pumped to our toilets. Most of us probably do not know the benefits of doing ablution with cold water. Beside the hot water, toilet paper is also used today for cleaning, the disadvantages of which I will write about later.

In general, it is better not to use hot water in public restrooms because a strong odor spreads around after washing with hot water. In addition, hot water relaxes the muscles, which prevents the accumulation of sphincters in the rectum, as a result of which feces fall on the underwear.

Hot water causes hemorrhoid; on the contrary, when cold water is used, the dilated vessels begin to contract. People who regularly wash their anus with cold water do not have worms because the worms lay their eggs around the anus hole. When washed with cold water, the worms are forced to lay their eggs a little above, in the rectum. As soon as a person goes out, the worm’s eggs are excreted in the feces. When worms place their egg around the anus hole, they either drop on the bed when lying down or enter between the nails when scratched by hand and cause re-infection.

Cold water is very useful for people suffering from prostate diseases. I would also like to inform you that seat heaters installed in car seats cause both hemorrhoid and prostate inflammation.

It is not right to use paper, that is, to clean anus with paper after responding the call of nature. Firstly, it is not hygienically proper, and secondly, the paper spreads a portion of the fecal mass around the anus.

Over time, itching and sores begin to form in these areas. In addition, the use of wet wipes, alcohol swabs and soap is not recommended, as it can cause additional irritation.
