Should we eat home-made or manufactured Caucasian milk?

Caucasian milk is a necessary type of food for all people. It is really a very valuable blessing. Its content is full of probiotics and substances that increase the probiotic production in intestines. People who eat Caucasian milk tend to keep strong because their intestines work properly. If one does not have a problem in stomach or intestines, he/she will not have mineral deficiency. We should always remember that most of the vitamins that the body needs appear in intestines and they are absorbed into the body. That is the real Caucasian milk; the organic one which has the real milk and real cream inside, and whose benefits are countless.        

Today, industrial Caucasian milks are sold in all stores, and almost all of them taste the same because they are all manufactured in the same way. In spite of being kept in fridges for months, they never go bad as they add chemical preservatives to them to prolong their storage period. This type of Caucasian milk cannot be used as yeast since it contains very few live bacteria. It has been fully proved that very little quantity of the calcium inside the Caucasian milk manufactured from industrial milk is absorbed by the body. But organic Caucasian milk does not have such a problem. Dear mothers! Try to make your own Caucasian milk from natural country milk at home. Both use it yourselves and feed your children with it. Do not use the one purchased at a store unless you have to. Country yogurt is heavier in weight. So, using more of country milk is highly recommended.
