Dear friends, first of all, may Allah accept your fasts. When fasting, there are some health problems that sometimes deprive people of blessings like fasting.

           Let me remind you that the whole world already recognizes the need to continue fasting for 30 days to see the benefits of hunger. Praise be to Allah that we both fast in the way of Allah and obey His command, and as a result we see the benefits of fasting for our bodies. This is a blessing from Allah to us Muslims. This means that for health reasons, fasting must be observed for 30 days without a break. Each day of Ramadan has its own value, for example, after the 15th day of fasting, the accumulated salts in the joints are absorbed, the cholesterol accumulated in the arteries dissolves, and even the effect on the tumor cells begins at this time. Slag accumulated in the body over the years is cleared, so the benefits may be small if one does not fast continuously.

           If the mouth is often dry during fasting, it is better to drink lemon tea or hibiscus tea in the morning. The stomach wall is renewed twice during the one-month fast, so fasting is very beneficial for the stomach. Erosion and rashes disappear during the renovation.

           When fasting, you may have headaches in the second half of the day, which is natural, because our body uses reserve energy sources. If the headache is very unbearable, the pressure should be checked. If the pressure is much lower than normal, mix a tablespoon of honey with a glass of raw water and drink it on an empty stomach in the morning and in the evening. If the headache persists, then hijama can be applied on the head and back. (Our Prophet had hijama done during fasting). If your mouth is sore during fasting, drink the infusion of immortelle before breakfast and dinner, and start your Iftar with a salad made of carrots, cabbage and olive oil, and eat meat dishes an hour later.

           Sometimes fasting can cause high blood pressure, and if this case is regular, drink a decoction of hawthorn fruit before breakfast. Sometimes there may be shaking of the hands and nervous tension. In this case, mix a teaspoon of Aquilaria Agallocha powder with a glass of boiling water during imsak and iftar, and drink it with a teaspoon of honey five minutes later. Sometimes people do not move much so as not to run out of energy; sometimes they sleep from morning to evening, which is wrong. It is important for health to walk in the morning and evening during fasting. There is no need to be afraid of losing energy because our body will use the energy store it has accumulated over the years. If heartburn occurs during fasting, it is useful to drink licorice infusion before breakfast and dinner. Sometimes there is constipation, in which case eat 3 dried figs in the morning. If there is no effect, soak figs in olive oil in the evening and eat on an empty stomach in the morning. Sometimes those who fast may have diarrhea, so it is useful to drink Gastren tea before breakfast. In case of fasting regularly, unpleasant odors from our skin will be reduced, the skin will look brighter, and a person will live longer and healthier because there is no rotting in the intestines.
