To sleep comfortably

Sometimes we have trouble sleeping for hours. It can sometimes take days, sometimes months. To prevent this, we must first adjust our lives so that we can sleep normally.

           What to do to sleep comfortably? I am going to mention several methods, and then you can the one that works for you.

1.     Before going to bed in the evening, you can infuse a teaspoon of chamomile flowers in a glass of milk and drink it;

2.     Mix lavender flowers and lavandula stoechas; you can infuse a teaspoon of the mixture in a glass of water and drink it;

3.     You can mix mint and borage, infuse a teaspoon of each in a glass of water and drink it;

4.     You can mix valerian and thyme, infuse 1 teaspoon of the mixture in 1 glass of water and drink it;

5.     You can infuse a teaspoon of each of melissa and motherwort in a glass of water and drink it;

6.     If you can’t sleep because of high blood pressure, you can infuse a teaspoon of hawthorn fruit and a teaspoon of hawthorn flowers in a glass of water and drink it;

7.      Crushing and mixing a clove of garlic in a glass of milk and drinking it deepens sleep;

8.     Drinking a teaspoon of black cumin oil before bed brings good sleep;

9.     You can infuse a teaspoon of the mixture of visci albi herba and melilot in a glass of water and drink it;

10. Drinking dark tea, coffee and eating apples before going to bed deprives you of sleep.

11. One hour before going to bed, infuse a teaspoon of green tea and lemon sorghum in a glass of water. It is very tasty and fragrant and it causes a deep sleep.
