Inflammatory diseases such as angina, pharyngitis, laryngitis and, most importantly, can damage our stomach in a way that can last for years. Cold water is a source of inflammation.

Let’s continue with sparkling water. Carbonated water is more harmful than cold water as it strongly penetrates the stomach wall. When carbonated water passes through the glomeruli of the kidneys, it damages them (which can even damage our kidneys). Since carbonated water is acidic because it acidifies the body. Remember, if the body’s environment becomes acidic, there is an open door from systemic diseases to cancer.

If you have to drink cold water during Iftar, take the water in your mouth and warm it slowly in your mouth. The most useful water for Iftar is water at room temperature. Try to drink water slowly and in large quantities.
