Aloe – means beauty and health

aloe

One of the blessings that Allah has given us is aloe. Some features of the aloe plant are similar to human skin. Aloe contains 20 of the 22 amino acids in the human body. Aloe is the only plant whose pH is the same as the acid-base value of human skin. What does it mean? When we apply aloe to our skin, our skin environment will not change, it will remain the same which is very important in cosmetology, let’s not forget that. Harvest aloe (the bigger the leaf, the better), first cut off the outer thorns, then cut 4-5 cm from the head and tail, and then cut the leaf into 2-3 cm long slices, peel the bottom and top, take out the middle gel and put it in a jar; this is the gel we need. Apply the gel on your skin 2-3 times a day. There is no other remedy in the world that gives so much vitality to the skin like this gel. Over time, the dead skin cells will be cleansed and replaced by fresher skin. You will see your skin revitalized day by day. It is perfect for all skin diseases (eczema, zoster, herpes, skin rashes, etc.). It softens, moisturizes & revitalizes skin and enlarges pores to allow skin to breathe. Rich in aloe vera, it naturally penetrates deep into skin to improve nutrition. You can also get rid of skin spots with aloe. Applying the gel to skin spots 3 times a day reduces them. You can also intake aloe.

If you want to take it in, keep the aloe leaf in the refrigerator for 7-8 days after picking, then, as I wrote, you can take the gel out and use. You can drink it alone, or you can mix it with honey and make syrup. So mix 500 grams of honey with 400 grams of gel and keep in the refrigerator. Drink a tablespoon an hour before meals 3 times a day. It increases bile production and eliminates jaundice. It it is useful for polyps in the bile and stomach, chronic gastritis and colitis. However, its use in gastric or peptic ulcer is not allowed. It is useful for hemorrhoid as it has a mild laxative effect and eliminates constipation when taken orally. It increases the amount of menstrual bleeding in women. Mix the gel with apple vinegar and add that much water and apply it to the scalp. It is a perfect remedy for hair loss.

Drinking aloe juice is very useful to destroy the fungus that has formed inside after a long injection of antibiotics. Its use for all types of hepatitis gives good results as drinking gel protects the liver from breakdown, softens the hardened liver and lowers elevated cholesterol and bilirubin. Incurable wounds in the mouth are also treated with aloe since keeping the gel in the mouth for a few minutes kills the bacteria that cause mouth sores. Aloe gel is also useful for diabetics because when you use aloe, you will see that the wounds heal faster. It also prevents high blood sugar. Aloe improves blood circulation, and thus has a very strong effect on circulatory disorders caused by diabetes, as well as on Raynaud’s disease. Finally, pregnant women, nursing mothers, people with gastrointestinal ulcers and menstruating women should not use aloe. Anyone of us can plant aloe in pots and use it quite often.
