Cleansing body with barley

Barley and pumpkin are considered the food of the prophets. Both are extremely beneficial to the body. Although I have written extensively about dates, I feel obliged to write about barley, too.

           Barley is really a body cleanser; it is an invaluable blessing in cleansing all the waste accumulated in our body. First, boil 2 tablespoons of barley in 500 grams of water for 10 minutes, then, infuse for 20 minutes and after that, strain it. Drink a glass 3 times a day an hour before meals. This infusion cleanses the kidneys of inflammation, as well as salt and sand. Everyone who suffers from kidney pain will feel it after drinking only for a week.

           Barley infusion is also useful for those suffering from biliary stagnation and gallstones. So, after drinking for a while, you will see that the soreness in the mouth is gone.

           Barley infusion clears high cholesterol, slowly lowers elevated liver enzymes (ALT AST), triglycerides (which can cause high, general discomfort, high blood pressure).

           When diabetics drink barley infusion, it both prevents the rise in blood sugar levels and prevents the rise in cholesterol levels in diabetics after impaired metabolism.

           Drinking barley decoction for joint pain, especially for patients with rheumatoid arthritis, reduces joint pain and swelling.

           Mix a cup of natural apple vinegar with a tablespoon of barley in the evening and boil on low heat for 10 minutes in the morning. After cooling, strain it, apply it 3 times a day with a piece of cotton for zoster, eczema and rashes. It has an excellent effect. For late-healing eczema and zoster, you can do the following: Mix a handful of barley flour with natural apple vinegar and knead until it becomes like dough. Put it on zoster and eczema, leave it for 2-4 hours and then wash it off.

           Barley infusion is rich in phosphorus which is very useful for brain development. Drinking barley infusion protects our brain from cerebral palsy, sclerosis and cerebral vascular spasm.

           How to prepare barley infusion: keep 2 tablespoons of barley in 3 cups of water, preferably for 4-5 hours, then boil it on low heat for 10 minutes, filter, and drink a cup 3 times a day for 30 minutes before eating.

           Although barley brewing is useful, barley sprouts are more effective. Thus, keep 2 tablespoons of barley in water for one day, spread it in a shallow container and put a wet cotton swab on it. Germination occurs in 2-3 days. Wash the sprouted barley, mix it with salads and eat. Or keep germinated barley in 2 glasses of water for 1 day and drink it early in the morning on an empty stomach. All the benefits I mentioned above are also present in barley sprouts.

           Boil 2 handfuls of barley in 3-4 liters of water for 20 minutes, filter, mix with bath water and bathe it. It is an excellent remedy for skin beauty, skin radiance and skin revitalization.
