Now everyone spends more time in front of both the TV and the computer, which results in loss of light in the eyes. This eye training is both very easy and very useful, and the effect is felt from the 3rd day of training. First focus on a point (object) 20-25 meters away, then look at the finger you are holding half a meter from your eye, look at the distant object 40-50 times first, then at your finger. After about 15-20 times, slowly bring your finger closer to the tip of your nose, you will feel your eyes tense. This tension means accommodation of the eye muscles. Remember that as you age, eye damage occurs as a result of a loss of eye muscle elasticity and a decrease in eye strain.

           In addition to this exercise, drinking carrot juice, pumpkin juice, sea buckthorn juice, applying leeches and hijama and drinking blueberry tea or eating fruit brighten the eyes.
