Five golden rules to stay young

Almost several times a day, I am asked questions such as “what to do and what to drink to stay young.” Staying young is directly related to leading a healthy lifestyle. If a person leads a healthy lifestyle, he will be in shape even in old age, he will not have pain and he will feel flexible. What do you need to do for this?

1. Everyone must have heard that in the past, kings used to apply fifteen-year old youngsters’ on their skins in order to stay young. In fact, this is not the right method; the body does not need young human blood, but young erythrocytes and leukocytes to prevent aging. To do this, old particles must be removed from the body and replaced by young blood particles. The best way to carry out this process is hijama. During hijama, old blood cells that remain passive under the skin are removed and replaced by new blood particles. After hijama, a person feels reborn.

2. You must have heard the expressions like “That person blackened my blood” or “My blood is black”[1] etc. These idioms are not said in vein since black blood is always thick.  And thick blood accelerates aging process because this time our organs, tissues, and especially our brain cannot feed properly, and the heart operates with difficulty. There are circulatory disorders, and hands and feet are always cold. It is useful to put leech so that our blood is always in good condition and all our organs work well. The leech rejuvenates human skin and plays the role of natural Botox. Even in Europe, leeches are always used to keep the skin young and radiant.

3. The blackness of the blood among the Turkic people is also perceived as a sign of fury, which is understandable. Fury is one of the main causes of aging. When a person gets angry, millions of nerve cells get destroyed. Therefore, protect yourself from anger; for this, you can take turns at drinking lavender, melissa, regular mint, linden, chamomile, water mint, valerian, borage, hopes and ginger tea. I must also say that the hijama and the leech itself have a calming effect.

4. One of the means of preventing aging, which is unanimously accepted by scientists all over the world today, is to maintain a normal intestinal microflora. Thus, over-eating increases the process of putrefaction in the intestines, as a result of which a person begins to age quickly. To prevent this, it is necessary to follow the ancient saying: “Leave the table without being full, and do not eat unless you are hungry.” One of the most effective ways to prevent putrefaction in the intestines is to use yogurt (Caucasian) or kefir during meals. Eat a glass of yogurt or kefir with every meal. The main condition to be taken into account here is that yogurt and kefir must be natural and home-made. Products from the stores should not be used since they have very little probiotic properties.5. One of the methods used by the whole world today in the fight against aging is the alkalization of the body’s environment. So, if we combine all the foods sold in the markets and check the acid-base ratio, we get a figure of 70/30, that is, if 70% of the food causes the environment to change to acidity, only 30% causes it to turn alkaline. This means that from time to time the environment of our body becomes acidic, so incurable diseases begin to appear and are subject to very difficult treatment. Imagine that a human being feeds on such food for 20-30 years and eventually gets seriously ill. Restoring the environment itself takes time, and it usually takes longer than a lifetime to consume alkaline foods and restore the balance. Therefore, before you get sick, you should eat fruits and vegetables, especially local[2] melons, such as cabbage salad, carrot juice, olive oil, apple vinegar, greens, raw water, unrefined foods, and get into the habit of walking in the open air and stay away from industrial products as much as possible. Ordinary black tea and coffee should be used sparingly. Chemicals should be phased out and replaced with natural remedies. You need to walk fast in the open air for at least 2 hours every day.
