Goiter and natural remedies

zob xəstəliyi

Goiter is a widespread disease; it is endemically more widespread because the territory of our country has lots of mountain rivers and the vast majority of the population drinks the water of these rivers. The reason is that minerals are in short supply in mountain rivers. In particular, the amount of iodine and fluorine is low in this type of water which eventually leads to iodine deficiency. When goiter is suspected, it is necessary to first determine the amount of T3, T4, TSH, anti-Tg and anti-TPO hormones by analyzing the blood, and only then begin treatment. If the amount of T3 and T4 in the blood increases and the TSH decreases, it means that the thyroid gland is overworked, and when the amount of T3 and T4 decreases, the TSH will definitely be higher. The amount of T3 and T4 hormones in the blood indicates the degree of glandular activity and the amount of iodine entering the body, while TSH indicates the control of the pituitary gland. When the level of anti-TPO and anti-Tg in the blood rises, it is necessary to use herbs that increase the body’s resistance and have an immunostimulatory effect, and not plants that contain iodine.

Recipe:

  • Ginger root – 50 grams
  • Aquilaria Agallocha root – 50 grams
  • Black cumin seeds – 50 grams
  • Horsetail – 50 grams
  • Hellebore – 20 grams
  • Pollen – 50 grams
  • Honey – 1.5 kg

Dry all the herbs, grind them in a coffee grinder, powder and mix well with honey. Eat a teaspoon 3 times a day an hour before meals. This recipe can be used at anti-TPO height. Since the high level of anti-TPO is due to a violation of the autoimmune process, pay a serious attention your physical education, reduce meat intake and increase the intake of fruits and vegetables. It is necessary to walk fast for 1-2 hours every day and wipe the body at home with a towel dipped in cold water.

When iodine deficiency occurs in the body, the hormones T3 and T4 in the blood decrease, and in such cases it is necessary to increase the diet of fruits containing iodine, especially dates, feijoa, grapes, sea kale and plums. The most useful is iodized salt, which can also be eaten by sprinkling on salads instead of salt. Sea kale is considered very useful for iodine deficiency because most of the iodine in sea kale can easily pass into the blood.
