Gout – herbal treatment

Gout is a disease caused by a disorder of purine metabolism in the body. In this disease, there is swelling and severe pain in the outer parts of the big toe, under the heels and around the knee joints. If you have such cases, you need to give a blood test. If the amount of uric acid is higher than normal, then you have symptoms of gout. Then check your kidneys because the kidneys often contain salts of urate origin. Gout is more common in people who eat meat, especially beef. In this case, foods such as meat, fish, mushrooms should be reduced, fresh vegetable dishes, especially salads, should be eaten more. As the body has a more acidic environment, it is recommended to drink 2 glasses of mineral water of hydrocarbonate origin per day to alkalize our body.

Recipe for gout:

  • Bearberry – 100 grams
  • Cowberry – 200 grams
  • Horsetail – 100 grams
  • Doorweed – 100 grams
  • Hips – 100 grams

Mix these herbs together, infuse 2 tablespoons of the mixture in 3 cups of water in a thermos and drink a glass three times a day before meals. Another recipe: dry sunflower roots, boil 2 tablespoons of dried sunflower roots in 3 cups of water for 5 minutes and drink a glass 3 times a day before meals (1 month).

It is also useful to dissolve a tablespoon of apple vinegar in a glass of water and drink it once a day before meals.

           It is good to drink a tablespoon of olive oil (unrefined) once a day before meals.

           After a month, you can take the mixture of Aquilaria Agallocha and black cumin powder. It is an excellent remedy both to prevent the deposition of uric acid salts in the kidneys, as well as to reduce elevated uric acid in the blood. Put a teaspoon of the mixture in the mouth 3 times a day an hour before meals and drink a glass of water over it. The duration of the treatment is 2 months.
