         We use regular tea every day. The tea is also a medicinal plant, but raw, that is, freshly harvested tea leaves are fermented. Fermentation is a very simple matter. The green leaves are stacked together like a grass rick, the tops are covered with oilcloth resulting in a certain temperature on the leaves, and eventually their color is darkened. There is a big difference between ordinary black tea and green tea. Green tea is superior to ordinary black tea in terms of vitamins and minerals. However, the amount of caffeine in the black tea is 10 times more than that in the green tea, which means that the black tea is more harmful.

         You had better not drink more than 1-2 cups of black tea a day. Black tea acidifies the body’s environment and then opens the door to diseases that are difficult to treat.

         Black tea prevents the absorption of vitamins and minerals in the foods we eat.

         Having a good mood after drinking tea is associated with the caffeine inside it. Since caffeine contains an addictive substance, it can be a little difficult to get rid of drinks such as tea and coffee.

         In my opinion, a person should always look after his/her health, not only when he/she is sick. For example, instead of your usual black tea, you might want to drink the tea I listed below and change these ingredients every week.

1. Put 2 sticks of cinnamon, 15 cardamom, 2 cloves and pour 3 glasses of water into 3-glass thermos and brew it. Before drinking it, add a teaspoon of honey to a glass of this tea. You can drink this tea every day instead of regular tea. It improves the blood circulation and makes all the organs function better.

2. All you need is a teaspoon of hibiscus, a teaspoon of melissa, a tablespoon of lime flower, a teaspoon of thyme and 3 glasses of water. You can also brew it in a 3-glass teapot and drink it like regular tea. It would be better if you drink it after meals to dilute your blood and make your sleep deeper. But remember: this tea will slightly decrease your blood pressure.

3. You can brew a teaspoon of mint, a teaspoon of St. John’s wort, a teaspoon of chamomile, a teaspoon of lavender in 3 glasses of water drink it to calm your nerves.

4. Brew a teaspoon of motherwort, a teaspoon of hawthorn, a teaspoon of valerian and a teaspoon of melissa in a 3-glass thermos and drink it to strengthen the heartbeat, to decrease the high blood pressure, to reduce the rapid heartbeats and to regulate shortness of breath.

5. A teaspoon of viscid albi herba, a teaspoon of sophora, a teaspoon of lime flower, a teaspoon of motherwort and 3 glasses of water – this mixture cleanses the inside of the arteries.

6. Take a teaspoon of olive leaf, a teaspoon of hibiscus, a teaspoon of viscid albi herba and a teaspoon of sophora. Brew them in a 3-glass teapot, filter and pour it into a thermos. You can drink this tea during high blood pressure.

7. A teaspoon of lady’s milk, a teaspoon of immortelle, a teaspoon of Aquilaria Agallocha, a teaspoon of taraxacum and 3 glasses of water – this composition should be consumed more often when one has liver, bile and bile ducts and pancreatic problems.

8. Brew 2 teaspoons of lime flower, a teaspoon of ginger, a teaspoon of thyme and half a teaspoon of hibiscus in 3 glasses of water and drink it with cornel jam as a remedy for perspiration during colds. You can drink up to 10 glasses of this tea every day during colds.

9. Brew a teaspoon of licorice, elecampane, thyme, camellia leaf and plantain in 3 glasses of water and drink it as an expectorant.

10. Brew a teaspoon of hips, hawthorn, licorice, nettle leaf and ginseng in 4 glasses of water and drink as a vitamin-rich content.

You can drink these ingredients even if you do not have diseases.

In general, no matter how much we integrate into the world, we also have our own identity. This is also the case in today’s academic medicine. In Azerbaijan, one in every 2-3 children is diagnosed with intracranial pressure.

I once discussed this issue with a friend of mine who lives in Germany, and I asked whether or not children are diagnosed with this disease there, too. He laughed quite long and said: “If a child is born in Germany with intracranial hypertension, he is not allowed to leave the hospital because it is a very serious disease.”

This means that the diagnosis of intracranial pressure is “beneficial” to both mothers and doctors. Why? Because the doctor always gets a constant flow of income, and it is beneficial for the mother too because the child falls asleep as soon as the sun sets and sleeps until morning without waking up and crying due to the influence of neurological drugs. See how we prevent our own children’s brains from development. Such children are often prescribed diuretics and hypnotics.

Under the influence of diuretics, we burn potassium in the body of children. That is, we expel the minerals that the newborn receives in the mother’s womb from the body, leaving these children with muscular diseases. Such children are more prone to seizures, paralysis and curvature of the spine.
