What is healthy lifestyle?

Dear friends. In this article, I am going to inform you about healthy lifestyle because most of us have problems ranging from nutrition to treatment and garment.

Initially, I would like to start with treatment. How do people treat themselves specifically in our country and generally all over the world? I have to mention that in the developed world pharmaceuticals, plants and herbs contain more than 3 times the amount of synthetic drugs and this proportion is ever increasing. At the same time, it is important to remember that these countries themselves produce these synthetic drugs and earn large sums of money, but do not use them themselves. And developing countries like us consider it an innovation and development and they are ready to take them almost in kilos.

Remember that synthetic drugs do not break down fully in the human body. They can be stored in our liver, subcutaneous tissue, lungs, spleen and other areas, preventing normal blood flow. Kidneys and the liver are forced to clean synthetic drugs from the body as a result of which they get out of order.

Some people are used to taking painkillers as soon as they get a headache. The first effect of the painkillers is on the bone marrow where red blood cells named erythrocytes form. Or diclofenac containing drugs, which have not been used in the world for already several years, are used in our country almost daily.

Let me give an example from my personal experience. I started treating a patient complaining on his stomach, but didn’t get any effect. Later he coincidentally told me that he was using “Diclofenac” ointment and I recommended him to stop using it. As a result, the patient’s stomach became better without any treatment. So why did chemical drugs begin to replace the medicinal plants which have been used for centuries? It has a very simple answer. Drugs are patented, and a large company stands behind the patented drugs, advertising, promoting, and exaggerating their useful properties, and ultimately generating a large amount of profit from their sales. But plants are not like that. For example, I mention the benefits of the chamomile, but no one can patent this plant because it belongs to everyone.

In this way, the number of synthetic drugs is growing. Europeans, who have already suffered most from the harm of such treatment, have once again turned to plants and herbal preparations. Organic substances in plants, unlike synthetic drugs, are closer to the human body by their nature and are fully assimilated. Using herbs does not cause complications such as addiction, accumulation of medication, organ damage, and so on.

Recently, the number of people going abroad for treatment, mainly Iran and Turkey, is increasing. In Iran, for example, very rarely something natural is prescribed, whereas kilos of synthetic drugs highly recommended by doctors. Our compatriots are receiving 3 months of treatment and they return with a 6-month medication because of the low cost of drugs in Iran. Is Iran or Turkey really more developed than Germany and Switzerland?!

Nowadays, capitalistic countries are more interested in making money out of drugs rather than in their treating qualities. For example, swine flu and ebola have recently been presented to the public like a devastating disease, all countries in the world were sold vaccines, vaccine factories operated on a four-shift schedule, and the purpose was just to make money and that’s it.

Yes, today very few people use medicinal plants. One reason for this is that swindlers are more engaged in this field rather than professional doctors which, in turn, reduces people’s confidence. And our doctors are being very inflexible towards this issue. For example, they prescribe Diabeton for diabetics, and then they advise them to drink cinnamon tea because it is good for diabetes. Let’s see the problem here. The doctor adjusts the level of diabetes with Diabeton which means drinking cinnamon tea is not much of importance. Isn’t it possible to try to adjust the level of diabetes with the cinnamon itself or some other herbs? There are so many useful herbs for diabetes. Can’t we just use them? Probably, we can.

Another example:

Some patients with bronchitis have antibiotics injected and some take medicinal plants. Both of them recover in the end, but let’s see which patient gained health through healthy methods; of course, those who were taking herbal medicine. But the antibiotic survivor got weaker immunity and resistant microbial strains.

The mainstream people mistakenly assume that whoever catches a cold should be injected. Otherwise, the cold won’t leave his/her body. Unfortunately, some of our doctors also think so. But I consider this idea to be wrong. I have treated those who had had antibiotics injected for 30-40 years and those who had suffered from bronchitis and rheumatism with pastes and herbal extracts.

Remember, if any antibiotic heals a patient today, it will not help him/her tomorrow because he/she will need a stronger antibiotic injection, and the day after tomorrow that stronger one won’t help either. Do you know why? This is because microbial strains which are resistant to that antibiotic form in the body and, even more disturbingly, the resulting continuity is passed on to the offspring of the patient, namely, his son and daughter. This means that no antibiotic will ever affect people in the future. To prevent this, drug companies will produce larger molecular antibiotics which will eventually damage our liver and kidneys.

Another disadvantage of antibiotics is that they kill both bacteria that are harmful to the intestines and beneficial bacteria, which are the constant guards of our health. However, as the body’s immune system increases, the body itself neutralizes the disease-causing bacteria and does not touch the saprophyte bacteria we need. That’s what science is.

We have been created by Allah, and we must be treated with what Allah has created for us. Some people may think that science is no longer needed. No, we need science to study plants, too.
