  • Centaury – 50 grams
  • Senna leaf – 50 grams

Eat meals made from dough, and then eat nuts and sweet fruits, such as grapes, figs, apricots and raisins. It is useful to walk slowly under open air. You should eat your food at fixed times because when the mealtime comes, the stomach extracts juice which, in turn, causes you to eat with strong appetite. Eat food collectively, because there is a blessing in having a crowd at the table. Prefer lamb to mutton and use butter in your food.

Paste to gain weight:

  • Roasted flour – 0.5 kg
  • Butter – 0.5 kg
  • Honey – 1 kg
  • Walnut – 100 grams
  • Arabian dates – 200 grams (mashed)
  • Pumpkin (boiled and mashed) – 200 grams
  • You can mix ginger, cinnamon and clove to taste.

First, melt the butter. Then, add flour and mix them together. Next, take it off the stove, add honey and other ingredients and mix them altogether. Finally, eat a tablespoon of this paste 3 times a day before meals.
