Lymph nodes, their growth and remedies

limfa düyünləri

Lymph nodes are located mainly in the joints, and thus protect our body from various viruses, germs and tumor cells by acting as a gateway at the beginning and end of each joint.

If the lymph node is swollen, it means that there is inflammation in the vicinity of that gland. Normally, if the lymph nodes have grown more than 1-1.5 cm, it is considered as swelling of the gland. In most cases, the common cold causes the glands to grow, and then the nodules return to normal. For example, during the sore throat, the submandibular lymph nodes swell, and during lung diseases, the axillary glans can swell and so on.

But sometimes the lymph nodes can swell to a larger size, for example, 5-6 cm and more, and there is no pain when pressed by hand. In this case, it is necessary to suspect more cancerous tumors and urgently clarify the diagnosis.

The treatment is determined by the location of the swollen gland. For example, if the gland in the lower jaw is swollen, it may be due to inflammation of the mouth and sore throat. Then the mouth and throat should be wiped from the inside 3 times a day with 30 grams of propolis, 200 grams of honey and 2 tablespoons of Aquilaria Agallocha paste. As soon as the inflammation in the mouth and throat is gone, the lymph nodes will shrink. If the axillary glands are swollen, have the lungs checked. These can be swollen as a result of diseases such as bronchitis, pneumonia, tuberculosis, sarcaidosis, etc. Each of these diseases must be treated separately. In women, axillary swelling also occurs when there is a cyst or tumor in the mammary glands.

In some people, the lymph nodes swell more often. This shows that the immune system of such people is weak and it is necessary to increase immunity. For strong immunity apply the following recipe:

  • Ginger – 40 grams
  • Black cumin – 40 grams
  • Aquilaria Agallocha – 40 grams
  • Trigonella – 40 grams
  • Ginseng – 40 grams
  • Propolis – 50 grams
  • Honey – 1 kg

All the plants should be dry, ground into powder in a coffee grinder and the propolis should be grated after one-day storage in the refrigerator. Mix all the ingredients together; eat a teaspoon 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals.

Sometimes, when there is stagnation in the lymphatic vessels, then there is swelling and thickening in the arteries, such as a sprain in the back. In such cases, do not massage the lymph vessels with high pressure. It is better to mix 1-2 teaspoons of red pepper in 100 grams of olive oil, start with a light massage with this oil, and then give a deep massage. After  the massage, the skin should feel completely loose and red which indicates that the blood vessels have become thin and the arteries have begun to work.

In some cases, the lymph vessels become excessively swollen as a result of inflammation of the lids inside the lymph vessels. Sometimes a person’s leg becomes so swollen that the size of the foot becomes larger than the size of the abdomen, which is called elephantiasis. Although there is no cure for elephantiasis, you need to mix a teaspoon of Aquilaria Agallocha powder a day with a cup of hot water and drink a cup 3 times a day before meals. Or take a teaspoon 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals and drink a glass of water over it. The feet should be massaged with black cumin oil once a day from top to bottom. This should be done for at least 3 months. There is also a lymphostasis device in the physiotherapy rooms for such patients.

In general, if there are problems in our body, particularly, in large blood vessels, liver and kidneys, they will definitely manifest themselves in the lymph nodes and lymphatic vessels. Therefore, it is possible to prevent both major circulatory disorders and swelling of the lymph nodes by applying hijama every 3 months. This is because the removal of inflamed blood during hijama relaxes the glands and blood vessels, as well as the liver and kidneys, which clear the body of this inflammation.

If you drink a medium tablespoon of black cumin oil every morning on an empty stomach, it will not only increase immunity, but also increase the body’s resistance to allergens. Garlic is useful when the lymph nodes are enlarged. Herbs such as ginger, Aquilaria Agallocha, black cumin, yarrow, calendula, juniper, ginseng, chamomile and licorice root both strengthen the immune system and prevent the growth of lymph glands during use.
