Miswak for oral, throat and body health

misvak

Most people think that there is no need for miswak because toothbrushes have appeared, but if you read my article and see the difference between a toothbrush and a miswak, you may change your mind. Miswak not only cleans teeth, but also protects teeth and oral cavity from infections, wounds, odors, and it is good for the throat. Thus, as a result of the use of miswak, angina is treated, pharyngitis which lasts for years disappears, the human voice becomes more beautiful and the lungs become cleansed.

After the tip of the miswak stick is cut, it is rubbed on the teeth and opened like a brush, cleaning the teeth, after which a special taste of the miswak begins to come. As a result of friction on the teeth, the pads between the fibers spread to the oral cavity, which are the main active substances. If there is no taste as a result of friction and the tip sticks, it is necessary to tear off that part and rub it again. The effect of miswak lasts for about 2 hours and protects the oral cavity during that time. It is better to use a miswak every 2-3 hours.

I mainly advise our women to use miswak. If they do so their children will take this action of theirs as an example. As a result, the sunnah[11] will spread and all the family will benefit from miswak.

During pregnancy, women have problems with their teeth, ans mouth and throat sores become more common. Because during pregnancy, the acidity in the stomach increases, as a result of which the acid-alkaline balance in the mouth is disturbed. For this reason, miswak is very useful for women. If pregnant women brush their teeth every 2-3 hours, they will not face any mouth and dental problems. Miswak eliminates all bad breath, regardless of its origin. If you can’t use miswak, infuse half a finger of miswak in half a glass of water for 10 minutes and rinse your mouth with this water. It is very useful for frequent bleeding gums, mouth sores and sore throats.           It should be noted that the US Department of Health has claimed that miswak is poisonous and banned its use, but aspartame, which is produced to kill insects and poisons the whole world, is sold to the world in both beverages and toothpaste. About 80 bacteria have been found in the mouth, 12 of which cause tooth decay. Miswak kills most of these bacteria. Remember that the roots of the blessed olive tree grown in Baku can also be used like miswak.
