Natural remedies for allergies

Allergiya

Allergic diseases also increase due to the increase of allergens in clothes, food and household items and because clothes made of artificial yarns, synthetic foods and chemical detergents are used more and more every day. When we say allergy, the first thing that comes to mind is rashes and itching on the body. They are the first signs of allergies, but there are also allergic diseases that last for years, such as bronchial asthma.

What should people with allergies do to increase the body’s resistance to the allergen? Years of tried and tested methods can be used to prevent the disease. When one of these methods does not help, you should not hesitate to try the other because it has no additional harmful effects and can be used to strengthen the body.

Aquilaria Agallocha

The perfect anti-allergy remedy. In practice, it has been observed that patients suffering from allergies, i.e. rashes, can be cured by taking Aquilaria Agallocha for 10-15 years. Preparation: a teaspoon of Aquilaria Agallocha powder is mixed with a cup of hot water3 times a day. After 5 minutes, add a teaspoon of honey and drink a cup before meals. Or put a teaspoon of powder in the mouth and drink a glass of water over it 3 times a day, an hour before meals. The procedure is performed twice a year in spring and autumn for 2 months.

Carob fruit

If you have an allergy, do not rush to look for medicine. Boil 6-7 carob fruits in half a liter of water for 5 minutes, cool and strain and drink. The rash goes away in about 10 minutes. The procedure is performed for one month to prevent allergies.

Black cumin seeds

Increase the number of helper cells in the body, which are considered a reserve force and increase resistance to allergens. Take a teaspoon of black cumin oil 3 times a day before meals. Black cumin is used in almost all types of allergens. There is no duration of treatment with its oil or seeds, i.e. it can always be taken twice a day, an hour before breakfast and dinner. If taken 3 times a day, then at least one-month break should be taken after 2 months of use.

Tickseed

Is an excellent remedy for rashes in young children. Infuse 2 tablespoons of tickseed in a glass of water and wipe the rash with a cotton swab soaked in the infusion. Another method: Keep 100 grams of tickseed in 500 grams of olive oil under sunlight for 10 days, and then strain it (or like regular tea infusion, the oil is heated for an hour without boiling). Wipe the rashes on the skin with the obtained oil. You can also use it for diathesis.

Calendula-yarrow-trigonella mixture

3 glasses of water is mixed with a medium tablespoon of each of the above plants for adults and a teaspoon for children over 7 years old and drink a cup 3 times a day an hour before meals.

In case of allergies, tickseed can be taken in combination with other herbs.

Licorice root

Boil 2 tablespoons in 600 ml (3 glasses) of water for 5 minutes, then pour one gram of shilajit and dissolve, keep in the refrigerator and drink 200 grams every morning on an empty stomach. Take it 4 times a year for 15 days at the beginning of each season.

Eating one clove of garlic early in the morning and drinking one tablespoon of unrefined olive oil on top of it can slow down allergic processes. The procedure is performed for one week and repeated after a one-week break. This treatment can be done for 3 months.

Honey cream

Eating a teaspoon of honey cream (zabrus) daily significantly reduces allergies. This can be done by those who are not allergic to honey products.
