Our Prophet (Peace and Blessing be upon him) and Ali ibn Abu Talib (may Allah be pleased with him) would apply this remedy and approved of drinking it.

We are all aware of the benefits of raisins. They are a kind of dessert which is rich in glucose and potassium. But eating raisins after soaking them in water or drinking its syrup is more useful than eating raisins themselves. Put 20-25 black raisins into a glass of unboiled water, drink its syrup and eat the raisins in the morning.  Raisins get softer this time and become easy to digest. As for its syrup, it is very good for the cardiovascular system and the liver. It is recommended to drink for all diseases of the liver, bile stagnation, general weakness, heart weakness, fatigue and memory loss. You can also drink it for the purpose of prevention. This drink is also good for intestines as it is rich in cellulose. It is also helpful to drink for hemorrhoid.
