There are many remedies used for colds or flu. This recipe is also one of the useful recipes, because all these herbs make the body sweat, soften, dilute the blood and have a calming effect.

  • Hibiscus – 30 grams
  • Linden – 100 grams
  • Thyme – 50 grams
  • Mint – 30 grams
  • Melissa – 30 grams

Mix the ingredients together, then infuse 3 tablespoons in a teapot holding 6 cups of water and drink it with cornel or raspberry jam. I recommend that you drink up to 6-8 glasses a day until your body sweats. The tea has a very nice taste. You can mix this mixture with other kinds of tea you like, for example, green or black tea.
