Tasty and useful table salt with black caraway

We always use salt with our food. But sometimes we hesitate to use it as an excessive amount of it might harm our organism. However, if you use the salt prepared by the recipe which is going to be recommended below, your food will be both delicious and useful.

1.     First, black caraway fruit is dried out well enough, ground in a coffee grinding machine and mixed with white salt in equal amounts.

2.     Anise or caraway seeds are again ground in a coffee grinding machine and mixed with equal amount of salt.

You can use these types of salt for salads, meals, and wherever salt can be used in general. I should also note that it makes food delicious, too.

Our Prophet (Peace and Blessing be upon him) said about salt:

“Put a sprinkle of salt into your mouth before and after eating food. Salt consumed before eating increases the stomach juice and enables the food to be digested well.” And a sprinkle of salt consumed after eating increases saliva in the mouth; because it increases the secretion of the stomach, pancreas and gall, the food we eat is digested better and it does not cause dyspnea.
