The benefits of garlic

Sarımsağın faydaları

Maybe everyone knows that garlic is very useful, but it is still good to remember. There is a village in China where cancer is widespread, which is attributed to the fact that the rural population does not eat fruit and vegetables at all, whereas in Bulgaria, cancer is almost non-existent in one village because they eat garlic every day.

We are right in saying that garlic is a storehouse of minerals antibacterial substances etc. It has very strong antimicrobial properties. In particular, it kills influenza viruses, prevents the aggravation of influenza and coand vitamins. It contains vitamins A, B, C, sulfur (the specific smell of garlic is associated with it), magnesium, iodine, 21 types of natural lds, as well as the essential oils of garlic destroy viruses in the room, and finally, because everyone stays away from those who eat garlic due to its bad smell, they (garlic eaters) don’t catch the flu.

Eating garlic every day makes blood vessels as elastic as rubber, prevents bleeding, reduces the risk of diseases such as heart attack, stroke, high blood pressure and high cholesterol.

In Switzerland, schoolchildren are forced to eat garlic because children who eat garlic are less susceptible to infectious diseases, muscle cramps and muscle paralysis than others.

I am surprised when I look at the prescriptions of our famous scientist and doctor Ibn Sina because the most common remedy he used was garlic. One day a woman brought her child to Ibn Sina and complained that the child was itching every day. Ibn Sina mixed garlic with oil and gave it to the mother and told her to rub it on the child. When she returned, he found that the mother had also taken the medicine for the itching, and said, “If you had not done so, neither your child nor you would have recovered.”

If you have severe pain in your ear, around the ear, or even on your face, and if you hear noise inside only one of your ears, put a clove of garlic in that ear, wait half an hour and take it out; keep it longer if it does not irritate your skin. Do this once a day and your pain will be gone.
