The benefits of strawberries

Strawberries, plums and cherries – these are the heralds of spring. Several types of strawberries are grown in Azerbaijan. If you have noticed, strawberries growing in Guba do not grow in Jalilabad. Strawberry’s fruits, leaves and even stalks are useful. It is better not to hurry when buying strawberries because there is a difference of up to 20 times between the antioxidant effects of natural strawberries and strawberries grown in the greenhouse, i.e. 20 kg of strawberries grown in a greenhouse are not as effective as 1 kg of natural strawberries.

           Strawberries restore the structure and function of the liver and kidneys, lower increasing harmful cholesterol in the blood, and raise good cholesterol. Strawberries eliminate inflammation of the kidneys, urinary tract, and they are rich in vitamin C. People who eat a lot of strawberries do not lose their memory as they get older, and they do not catch Alzheimer’s disease. It improves eyesight due to vitamin A content. Strawberries are also good for people suffering from constipation. Strawberries reduce high blood pressure, as they are a rich source of antioxidants; they significantly reduce the risk of cancer, leaving the skin smooth and radiant. Strawberries are a source of healing for those with cardiovascular problems. Make your children love this fruit because strawberries contain many minerals and vitamins necessary for the growing organism.

CAUTION:

Strawberries are high in oxalic acid, so those with kidney and gallstones should use them with caution. Do not allow children to take too much at a time. It belongs to the group of fruits that can cause allergies.

           Salicylates in strawberries increase gastric acidity; in case of gastritis and duodenitis, fully ripe strawberries should be eaten 2 hours after meals.
