The only spice mentioned in the Qur’an

Yes, ginger is the only spice mentioned in our Holy Book. But, unfortunately, we do not use this valuable plant properly.

           I use ginger in almost all herbal mixtures and pastes. After writing about the benefits of ginger, I will also write instructions on how to use it more widely.

           Ginger increases gastrointestinal motility, facilitates the expulsion of flatulence, has an analgesic effect on gastrointestinal pain.

           Ginger also improves digestion, causes appetite, drinking tea with ginger prevents sickness, and ginger can even be used during pregnancy.

How to make paste:

Mix 50 grams of ginger powder with 500 grams of honey and eat a teaspoon three times a day before meals.

For health, mix a tablespoon of honey, a teaspoon of apple vinegar and 1/3 teaspoon of ginger and dissolve in a cup of raw water, drink in the morning and evening before bedtime.

           In addition to being useful in sexual weakness, ginger also increases the number of sex cells in the sperm, so it is used as a paste mixed with honey in the treatment of infertility.

           Ginger is a real cure for those who have a cold body, hands and feet. Ginger is very useful in the treatment of all inflammatory diseases, especially rheumatism, because it accelerates blood circulation in the body. In addition, it increases the amount of blood flowing to the brain, prevents the development of diseases such as multiple sclerosis and Alzheimer’s and strengthens memory. Ginger also helps eliminate memory loss and inattention.

           Ginger dilutes the composition of phlegm in patients with bronchitis. It is a natural painkiller and diaphoretic, so it is useful for colds and sore throats.

           Ginger tea and paste can be used for all the diseases I have mentioned.

           It is better to buy ginger yourself, grind it and keep it in a closed bowl. This preserves the smell of the powder, and there is no doubt that it is clean.

How to make the tea:

           Mix 1/3 teaspoon of ginger powder with a cup of plain tea or boiling water and drink a glass three times a day before meals. This tea also causes fat to burn and helps lose weight. Or peel a finger-sized fresh ginger, cut the size of an ordinary coin and brew in 3 cups of water. You can also add honey to taste. It is one of my favorite kinds of tea.
