The causes of joint pain are different. As a person gets older, the load on the joints increases due to deformation of the bones and joints, the pain increases, and inflammation in the joints, osteoarthritis, slips and tears in the intervertebral joints occur.

The most common cause of joint pain is dystrophy of the vertebrae and its end result is osteochondrosis and osteoarthritis. As a result of metabolic disorders in the body, weakening of joint nutrition, and loss of fluid within the joint, the articular cartilage suffers from dystrophy, that is, it gets flattened and becomes thinner. As a result, the joints rub against each other, the integrity of the cartilage is damaged, and eventually terrible pains begin to appear.

By protecting the joints from a young age, the risk of joint diseases such as arthritis and osteoarthritis can be reduced as you age. To do this, first of all, it is important to walk fast in the open air for an hour every day and drink plenty of raw water.

Effective recipe for joint pain:

  • A tablespoon of honey
  • A tablespoon of baking soda
  • A tablespoon of Nakhchivan salt
  • A tablespoon of mustard
  • A tablespoon of olive oil (unrefined)

Mix the components together, stretch over the joint and cover with stretch cellophane, wash and clean after 2 hours. Or peel 5-10 heads of garlic (depending on the size of the joint), steam for 20 minutes and mix with 50-100 grams of fresh sheep’s tail, put on the joint and tie (do not use cellophane). Keep it on the joint for 3 days after tying.
