Treatment of epilepsy and panic attacks with the Qur’an

epilepsiya

Dear reader, how and why epilepsy occurs is still unknown to science, and therefore there is no complete cure for this disease. Epilepsy patients are forced to take sedatives, depressants and anticonvulsants for the rest of their lives.

Let’s take a look at the history of this disease. In Turkey, which is closest to us, there were very few patients with epilepsy during the Ottoman period. The reason is that at that time such patients were treated with the Qur’an and very effective results were obtained. Unfortunately, as a result of the development of chemical drugs and anti-Islamic measures, treatment with the Qur’an was pushed into the background.

It is well known that listening to the Qur’an calms the nervous system, increases the production of endorphins, the hormone of happiness, and eliminates many mental illnesses.

I would also like to point out that not everyone experiences these feelings when the Qur’an is recited, and some people with weak faith even get angry when they hear the Qur’an and the call to prayer. Such people must first be patient and increase their listening to the Qur’an over time. It is better to listen to the Qur’an both in Arabic and in our own language in the form of a translation so that its greatness can be fully understood.

How is the treatment performed?

Starting with 15-20 minutes a day and ending with 2 hours a day, a beautifully recited Qur’an with the eyes closed for 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening should be listened to from beginning to end. Rukiyas[9] should also be recited on the days when the Qur’an is recited. Although it is tiring at first, the patient soon begins to enjoy it, feels confident, well-rested and much more relaxed than before. Thus, the disease will leave the body. Remember that you can also listen to the Qur’an and rukiyas on the Internet.

Listening to the Qur’an is also very useful in the treatment of panic attacks. In such patients, anxiety and fear suddenly occur, and this fear disrupts the functioning of the human internal organs. As a result, incurable diseases appear.

Panic-stricken patients need inner peace and comfort, and yet nothing but the Qur’an can provide that comfort.
