What to do during the flu and cold?

Recently, the flu virus has spread rapidly, and whoever you look at, you will see them either sneezing or coughing. Although I have written about it a lot, I still need to give some advice.

For the flu:

  • Ginger – 50 grams
  • Thyme – 100 grams
  • Linden – 200 grams

Mix the herbs together, infuse three tablespoons of the mixture in 6 glasses of water for 15 minutes, then strain and pour into a thermos. Mix a teaspoon of honey in a glass of warm infusion at each intake, drink it until you sweat. Even if you sweat, continue to drink. In a very short time, the cold will leave your body. There will be no pain in your joints, you will have the flu very lightly and, most importantly, there will be no complications after the flu.
