Did you know which parts of the human body are the sheep, goat and cow legs which our people have been using throughout history good for? It is worth using occasionally, though not often used today. Leg broth is a rich source of calcium and is extremely beneficial for both children and older organisms.

It is useful for haemorrhoids, sore throats, as well as for weakened bodies. It helps to heal gastric ulcers, and tongue and lip chaps and reduces cough due to mucous substances in its content. For example, one of tuberculosis patients’ favourite foods should be leg broth. It should be a favourite food of women going through a climacteric period. Diseases of people with joint pain are often caused by bone-melting (osteoporosis) and the best method to prevent it is eating leg broth. Because cholesterol is high in leg broth, those suffering from high cholesterol should eat it less.
