This recipe can be used for problems with the hands, arms, wrists, knees, ankles, back, neck and other joints. Those with edema should not use it. The treatment has no harmful side; it elasticizes the joints, improves nutrition and slowly relieves pain.

           Pour 0.5 kg of wax into a pot and melt it. After complete melting, turn off the stove, add 100 grams of powdered propolis (freeze the propolis in the refrigerator for one day, grate it, and then crush) and mix it. The wax slowly hardens and takes its previous form. When there is a problem with the knee, take about 100 grams and slowly melt it without boiling, and then spread it on paper and stick it to the joint like paraffin. Cover it with a cotton cloth. The wax peels off the skin as it hardens. For the treatment to be even more effective, as soon as you put the wax on the joint, hold it over a regular burning lamp in 10-15 cm distance. Then the wax hardens slowly and has a better effect.

           The procedure is performed once a day for 15-20 days.           People with pimples, wrinkles, spots and acne can also use the procedure. The wax can be reused.
